Tofu (non) meat balls

These little balls are packed full of goodness and are really easy to make. Serve with rice, to complete the meal. 

Blend: 
300g firm tofu
1 carrot 
1/4 broccoli 
1/2 onion 
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup of Superhero Sprinkles 
1/2 cup of lentil or chickpea flour
1/2 cup of oats  

Roll into small balls and place on a tray with baking paper. 
Bake for 15 mins on 180oC.
