Anzac Cookies

A healthy take on Anzac Cookies. These little treats are packed full of iron, protein and omegas. And your little one won't know they are eating something healthy. 

1/2 cup of our Superpower Powder
1/2 cup lentil flour or plain flour 
2 bananas
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup Speedy Seed Spread
4 medjool dates
1/2 cup soy milk (or your milk of choice)

Stir in 1 & 1/2 cup rolled oats

Divide into small portions on baking paper.

Bake for 15 mins on 180oC.
